Eze's place will also be open to the local community enabling people to access IT equipment and basic training courses. Locals, for health reasons, could use the hydrotherapy baths once the day-centre is closed for the day.

Primarily local people who will provide the backbone services such as the cooking, the cleaning and the laundry will staff Eze's place. More local people will be hired to offer basic services to service users such as assistance with eating, bathing and dressing. Local men will be employed as drivers, ferrying day-centre users to and from their homes to the centre. A further team of local people will be offered basic training by visiting professionals in various forms of physiotherapy, massage, sign language, speech therapy and art therapy.

There will be no formal hierarchal staffing structure, Eze's place will be run by a group of trustees equally responsible for the development and growth of each individual in our care, for their emotional and physical well being, and also for the safe running of the home. Decisions will be made following group discussions and all employees with ideas on how to improve Eze's place will be listened to, although the trustees will make final decisions on any changes that are made. Colleagues will be encouraged to use their initiative and act always in the best interest of the client.
